ShopPopulaire

Discover sophisticated, unconventional gifts at the ShopPopulaire: art on skateboards or kimonos made of videotape. We pay attention to minor details. What we find for you does not necessarily have to be sensational, but will definitely be inspiring and unique. This includes souvenirs that are as smart and stylish as Berlin. For our exclusive editions and single pieces we scour artist and design studios in Berlin and around the world. Our range is regularly updated by artists, curators, and lateral thinkers.

This book explores, through essays by Victoria Binder, Dennis McNally und Joel Selvin and a succession of thematic plates, the visual and material cultures of a generation searching for personal fulfillment and social change. Published in association with the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
